遇到可笑的现象，session的控制除了 php.ini控制外还有 php-fpm.d下的www.conf文件控制
试了很多方式
session_save_path();
echo var_dump(is_writeable(ini_get(“session.save_path”))); 是否有权限
迁移的网站 登录不了
