在后台插件安装界面搜索 Insert Estimated Reading Time 即可在线安装，或者下载 Insert Estimated Reading Time （倡萌已将该插件汉化，并提交给插件作者，如果你等不及，可以下载简体中文包，解压后上传到该插件的languages目录）
