好久没有分享东西了，今天倡萌跟大家分享一个简单的WordPress公告栏、通知栏插件 HashBar，它可以创建无限量通知栏，支持自由设置通知栏的位置（上下左右）、各种元素的颜色、在哪些页面类型中显示等，还可以选择显示邮件订阅表单，用来显示各种网站通知和促销信息，再合适不过啦！
