安装启用 Restrict Author Posting 后，管理员就可以在编辑其他用户的个人资料时，为用户指定一个可以发布文章的分类：
在后台插件安装界面搜索 Restrict Author Posting 即可在线安装，或者到 WordPress官方插件库 下载。
