Simple Subscribe 可以通过小工具或简码添加订阅表单，支持自定义html邮件内容，不仅支持自动给订阅用户发送网站更新，还支持手动发送自定义邮件，支持导入已注册的用户，导出订阅列表等，功能比较完整。
